北科环保(图)-脱硝喷枪材质-运城脱硝喷枪：

气液混合雾化喷枪，可采用空气、蒸气等作为第二流体，单个喷嘴能够喷出更大流量的液体，从而使所需的喷嘴总数减少。雾化角度为20度到90度。流量从2升到80升，也可以根据客户要求定做，316L不锈钢作为标准材料，部件持久耐用，无需频繁的保养。

DTX系列喷枪是一款专业脱硝工程设计的双流体雾化喷枪，其雾化原理为二级破碎+空气混合+气流摩擦。适用于SNXR或者SCR脱硝系统，脱硝喷枪材质，喷射氨水溶液、尿素溶液等。

喷枪根据结构方式分为DTX1、DTX2、DTX3、DTX4四种规格。

      脱硝喷枪所用喷嘴根据流量和形状分为S20、S60、S150和F20、F40、F90共两个系列6种型号，其中S系列喷雾形关为20窄角实心锥，F系列喷雾形状为广角扇形。

SNCR脱硝喷枪双流体喷枪的一般应用：

喷枪采用快速接头连接方式，拆卸方便；

采用保护碳化硅，具有耐高温，耐磨损等特点，谁家的脱硝喷枪质量好，无需另设冷却装置就可确保喷枪长期安全运行；

喷枪体积小，套管外径只有36mm，锅炉脱硝喷枪，可直接安装于炉壁上。

喷枪采用保护套管及活动法兰连接。可手动将伸进或者退出炉内；

采用金属保护套管设有风冷接口，确保高温环境下长期使用；

燃煤锅炉半干法喷雾脱硫；

高炉泸顶喷雾降温；

高炉煤气降温冷却；

水泥干法线转窑尾增湿塔烟气增湿降温冷却；

垃圾焚烧冷却塔高温烟气喷雾降温冷却；

有色金属冶炼高温烟气的喷雾降温冷却；

高炉重力除尘器内烟气的干法喷雾降温；

电路炼钢厂烟气的蒸汽冷却；

玻璃、烧结、化工行业高温烟气喷雾降温。
